Pastor led This type has been applied by many churches today with both avantages and disadvatages. On it's own it can well prove to be based around a single persons vision, values and ministry.
	People led This type equally proves challenging and can be manipulated by the majority. It could well be the kind of model that on its own results in a ledership that appeals to the comforts of its people.
	Relational model This model embraces something of the above two although it is not hierarchical in nature but relational. It embraces our equality in Christ and our Grace in Christ. Submission is to the Grace of God in the lives of others and not the position. It speaks to direction more than subjection and requires leaders to walk out ahead of the sheep. To lead the way by modeling not just instructing (1 Thes 1.7).It tends toward team rather than individual.

Conviction vs comfort
Firstly, those that are commited to us do so based on their conviction in God and not becuase of facility or our ability to impress you. Secondly, relationship developes trust; a bridge that creates an openness to invited instruction and covering that helps in perfecting the saints. The heart of church is not about authority but direction (SEE BOW & ARROW) - what is God saying ?what must we do ?(Prophetic) -and where must we go and who must we send ?(Apostolic).

Eldership directed
We believe that Elders are the highest authority in the church and necessary for Direction, Doctrine and Discipline in the life of that church. They are sons of God and servants to the people for the purpose of encouraging,uplifting and strengthening the body. They will give an account for her (Heb13) and therefore must take responsibility to ensure she is keeping in step with God, His Word, His Spirit and his purpose in every season.

Apostolic Prophetic - We embrace an apostolic prophetic foundation and fathering. A relationally based and invited covering helpful to growing the local body and ensuring its' Christ centrality.

Our Mandate - Is to Discple the Nations through a radically changed (identity in God) people who become Sons/Daughters raised up and equipped (charisma and character)to plant churches that become effective bases to impact our towns, cities and nations as God grants us Grace.

Hosea 7.16 "...they are like a faulty Bow..." speaking of israel and therefore the church can become just the same. What value is there in a faulty bow.

Bow & Arrow - Psm 127 Gods purpose is for the church to produce sons and daughters, as he builds and provides, which are our heritage to deal with the enemies at the gates. The church in God is to build His character into the lives of those he has entrusted to us. The arrows (sons and daughters in Gods' house) are as important as the bow (The Church). Each renders the other effective or ineffective. Both the bow and the arrow are designed carefully and uniquely. Each should be carefully crafted by the maker Himself.
